Michael (“Mike”) D. Westphal and Michele (“Miche”) W. Sequeira have been investing in real estate for almost fifteen years. They have been licensed real estate brokers in New Mexico since 2006 and are members of the National Association of Realtors®, belonging to two local boards: the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR) and the Santa Fe Area Realtors (SFAR). Mr. Westphal and Ms Sequeira obtained their licenses to practice real estate in Colorado in 2008.
Their real estate experience includes mountain properties, sales to municipalities, commercial land, 1031 exchanges, undeveloped residential land, existing home purchases and sales, retail leases, multi-unit housing properties, and retail sale-leasebacks. They have worked with their investor clients to structure transactions to fit various portfolio needs, including tax optimization and income generation. They work with residential clients to buy or sell existing properties and also offer consulting services for specific real estate informational needs.
