Michele W. Sequeira, Associate Broker
Ms Sequeira holds three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering and then attended the Leaders for Manufacturing Program (now the Leaders for Global Operations Program), a dual Masters Degree program. Through this program, she obtained a Masters degree in Materials Science and Engineering as well as a Masters degree in Management Science (with concentration in Operations). After graduating, Ms Sequeira held many different engineering and management positions at Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson Co., and later at Intel Corporation. She managed groups as small as six people and as large as five hundred and in areas as diverse as engineering, manufacturing, software development, yield analysis, and organizational development.
Ms Sequeira applies her statistical, data collection, project management, consulting, and financial skills to real estate investing and sales. She extensively evaluates properties and markets for the benefit of her clients, whether they are seeking to buy, sell, or invest.
Ms Sequeira co-authored her first book, Cell Phone Science: What Happens When You Call and Why, with Mr. Westphal. Ms Sequeira also volunteers her time as the Magazine Fundraiser Coordinator (a significant fundraising event) for Corrales Elementary School.
