Rio Rancho Sites

Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is Albuquerque’s neighbor to the north and west. Stretching into the New Mexico mesas, it boasts fantastic views from many places. Rio Rancho was incorporated in the early 1970s and is home to a large Intel manufacturing plant just on the Rio Rancho-Corrales border. Rio Rancho offers many restaurants and shopping centers. The Rust Medical Center, operated by Presbyterian Health System, recently opened; the Sandoval County Regional Medical Center, operated by University of New Mexico, will open in 2012.
