Our job is to help you. In that sense, we are consultants and we take that role very seriously. We can give you real estate market advice and ideas for accomplishing your goals. - After I’ve communicated, I expect a response within...(timeframe)
- When you have good news to give me, I prefer that you...
- If you must give me bad news, I’d like you to...
- When I make decisions, I need...
These seem like very open-ended questions, but they help us communicate more effectively with you, and that’s very important to us.
Here are some additional statements to complete, regarding your goals:

- At Closing, I’ll be happy if...
- Six months from now, I’ll be happy if...
